Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Chatham, MA
Employment Type: Part time (20-24 hrs/week)

We specialize in pelvic floor health, infant bodywork for feeding challenges and orthopedics. Our skilled physical and occupational therapists deliver high-quality, personalized care in a supportive and welcoming environment. As we grow, we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our clinic and ensure an excellent experience for every patient.

Position Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in managing the flow of the clinic. From scheduling appointments, to billing to supporting our therapists and answering patient questions, this role keeps our practice running smoothly.

Hours are Monday- Thursday

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor

  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar

  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries via email or voicemail

  • Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records

  • Complete light bookkeeping tasks to track payments received

  • Coordinate communication between patients and therapists

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front office space

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in using computers and scheduling software

  • Prior experience in a medical office or physical therapy setting is a plus

  • Prior experience with bookkeeping is a plus

  • ABSOLUTE MUST: Must be comfortable talking with patients about pelvic and breast feeding symptoms and challenges including urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction, bowel problems and more
